APOLLOTYRE Stock Summary · May 2026
Management presented the quarter as a continuation of top‑line momentum and margin resilience, reporting consolidated Q4 revenue of INR 73.4 billion while consolidated net debt/EBITDA fell to 0.4x, underscoring strengthened financial flexibility. Management struck a constructive tone, highlighting high‑teens volume growth across channels, sustained capacity utilisation and a growth‑focused FY'27 capex program largely aimed at India and European expansion, alongside improved capital efficiency and deleveraging. At the same time they acknowledged clear tension from a roughly 20% blended raw‑material inflationary shock, only partially offset by staged price increases and constrained pass‑through in Europe, plus restructuring costs tied to a plant closure and associated write‑offs and cash provisions. Strategic priorities emphasized seizing TBR market share gains, scaling digital, R&D and ESG initiatives, and completing the Hungary expansion to boost competitiveness. Looking ahead, management warned Q2 visibility is poor, expects material input‑cost pressure in Q1 (with potential marginal further increases in Q2) and said European restructuring should help margins in H2 FY'27 while some capex flexibility exists if demand softens.
