The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in the equity securities of Robotaxi, Autonomous Vehicles and Technology Companies. Robotaxis are autonomous vehicles ("AVs") that provide mobility-as-a-service ("MaaS"). In seeking to achieve the fund"s investment objective, the Adviser constructs the portfolio pursuant to its own proprietary security selection methodology. The fund is non-diversified.
