TARSONS Stock Summary · August 2026

Management described a quarter of strong top-line recovery alongside near-term margin and profitability pressure as the company moved through a major capacity build-out. Consolidated revenue rose almost 21% year over year to Rs. 110 crore in Q1 FY27, while standalone revenue increased 21% to Rs. 86 crore, both helped by broad domestic traction and a 29% rebound in exports as overseas order conversions improved. Management said growth still came mainly from the existing portfolio, with the new facilities and products contributing little so far. The tone was confident but measured: the business was presented as resilient, the German subsidiary showed about 6% constant-currency growth, and Panchla’s ramp-up was already supporting revenue from existing products and shifted capacity. At the same time, gross margin softened to 67.1% and EBITDA was pressured by raw material inflation, commissioning costs, depreciation, and interest. Management said more of the capex program will be commissioned in Q2, with benefits becoming clearer from FY28, while FY27 profit is expected to stay relatively moderate and growth of about 15% appears achievable, with further upside dependent on new products.
