Solvex Edibles Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for equity shares will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.

The board of directors will consider several key items at an upcoming meeting, including proposals to substantially increase transaction limits with related parties. A proposal seeks to raise the limit to Rs 20 Crore (approximately $2.4 million USD) for transactions with M/s Golden Pearl Oil Products LLP, a wholly-owned subsidiary where directors hold partnership interests, and another seeks the same limit with M/s Unity Enterprises, a proprietorship firm owned by Whole Time Director Mr. Rohit Gupta. Shareholders will also vote on remuneration packages for key managerial personnel, including Managing Director Mr. Ashish Goel, Mr. Gupta, and Director Mrs. Rashika Gupta. The board is expected to address concerns regarding potential conflicts of interest and demonstrate that these transactions are conducted on arm’s length terms and benefit the company as a whole, with scrutiny anticipated on pricing, due diligence, and independent valuations.

These include de-oiled cakes such as rice bran cakes, mustard cakes, and de-oiled mustard cakes, as well as mustard oil and raw rice bran. The company supplies these products to a wide range of FMCG companies across India and currently has a sales footprint in 18 states, reflecting its strong nationwide presence. Its manufacturing facility is located in Kemri, Uttar Pradesh. As of 16 September 2025, the company had 40 employees.
