PDSL Stock Summary · May 2026
Cautious, execution‑focused progress: GMV reached ~₹19,666 crore (up 5% year‑on‑year) while revenue grew to ~₹13,110 crore (up 4%), reflecting steady top‑line expansion even as profitability lagged. Management stressed a strategic pivot toward a higher‑value, service‑led sourcing model—anchored by a scalable U.S. mandate and multi‑year engagements—to drive more predictable revenues, and said it will prioritize these contracts while pausing onboarding new verticals to the P&L for the next 12 months. They highlighted meaningful working‑capital and leverage improvements and continued capital discipline, including lower capex, a dividend payout and tighter capital‑allocation controls, alongside an institutionalized digital procurement and supplier‑governance program expected to deliver procurement and opex savings. Management also acknowledged tension between improving gross economics and near‑term profit pressure: certain brand businesses suffered gross‑margin compression and one‑off restructuring effects pulled down EBITDA and PAT. For the year ahead they guided to mid‑single‑digit revenue growth (~5–6%) and roughly 10% PAT growth, to be reassessed quarterly and linked to execution of margin initiatives and lower investment levels.
