PAJSON Stock Summary · May 2026
Management framed the quarter as strong top‑line growth paired with near‑term margin pressure as the business scales up capacity and addresses FX and IPO-related costs. Total income rose to INR 256.92 crore, and leadership is pursuing a large greenfield addition of 35,000 MT to broaden supply and retail reach; they expect the new plant to run at roughly 15% utilization in FY27, lift to 65%–70% in FY28 and reach steady higher rates thereafter. Management emphasized protecting gross margins through a mix of hedging, selective price pass‑throughs and operational improvements—backed by prior technology upgrades that raised kernel recovery—and is pushing a brand‑led retail strategy with expanded distributor coverage and constrained marketing spend. They acknowledged tension between strong volumes, one‑off IPO expenses, adverse dollar movements and late‑year raw‑material cost increases that compressed EBITDA, and said margin recovery will come mainly from hedging and operating leverage as new capacity ramps, with steady‑state EBITDA margins targeted in the mid‑teens.
