RHIM Stock Summary · August 2026

Management struck a confident but measured tone, saying the quarter showed stronger profitability even as inflation and competition persisted. Revenue reached INR1,014 crores, up 6% year over year, while EBITDA rose 42% to INR147 crores and margins expanded to 14.5% from 10.8%, helped by execution, pricing, operating leverage and productivity initiatives. Demand remained supportive in both steel and cement, with steel backed by steady production growth and high capacity utilization and cement recovering on seasonal maintenance demand, even as management noted a volatile operating backdrop and ongoing cost pressure from fuel, energy and raw materials. Strategic emphasis stayed on improving mix, deepening solution-led offerings through 4PRO, and expanding backward integration, automation and modernization through capex of roughly INR80 crore to INR100 crores, plus new investments such as MINPRO and quartzite mining. For FY27, management said 7% to 8% volume growth looks achievable, reiterated 13% profitability guidance, and said the outlook remains dependent on market conditions, including seasonal moderation in cement demand by end-September.
