IITL Projects Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as stipulated by Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window for equity shares will remain closed for designated persons until 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the BSE Limited.

IITL Projects Limited has entered into a strategic investment agreement with Kaamag Private Limited and Maayin’s Real Estate Private Limited to invest up to Rs 10 crore in a proposed integrated residential township project located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. As part of the agreement, IITL Projects Limited will be entitled to a saleable area of 2,400 square yards over 3 acres of the project land and will receive a minimum return of Rs 12 crore, with the land owners providing original title deeds as security.

IITL Projects Limited will close its trading window for company securities from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s ‘Insider Trading - Code of Conduct’ and Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
