HATSUN Stock Summary · April 2024

In Q4, the company demonstrated robust volume growth, primarily fueled by increased sales rather than price inflation, signaling a market recovery post-COVID-19. Management projects a 15% rise in topline revenue for FY 25, driven entirely by this volume growth, while also setting a revenue guidance of 10,000 Crores for FY 24-25, contingent on favorable monsoon conditions. Despite a rise in debt levels, the company anticipates a gradual decline in debt over the next six months, supported by improved operational performance and enhanced capacity utilization at key facilities. Additionally, a strategic shift towards higher-margin products, particularly in ice cream, and exploration of international markets for exports are expected to diversify revenue streams and sustain margins above 12%.
