KRISHIVAL Stock Summary · May 2026

Management framed FY26 as a year of strong growth and improving earnings quality, reporting total revenue of INR 304.41 crore (up 48% YoY) and EBITDA of INR 41.95 crore (13.78% margin). Management emphasized execution on distribution and supply‑chain scale‑up — expanding retail reach for ice‑cream to 34,200 outlets with a 15,490‑unit cold‑chain network and broadening nuts presence to ~11,000 touchpoints and 300+ towns — alongside product premiumization, in‑house processing and a D2C push (a brand extension and ~25 FOCO parlours planned in FY27). They acknowledged tensions from seasonality and a higher ice‑cream mix that raised raw‑material costs about 7% in Q4 and a one‑time ESOP charge of INR 2.88 crore, while noting adjusted margins show modest YoY improvement and operating leverage beginning to materialize as capacity ramps. Capital plans include new processing and a 2 lakh sq ft factory, and near term management reiterated an aggressive FY27 objective of roughly 50% revenue growth and 50%+ bottom‑line growth with consolidated EBITDA above 7% and PAT rising to at least 3%.

Krishival Foods strengthens its cold chain infrastructure

Krishival Foods has achieved a key milestone of deploying over 15,000 deep freezers across its retail network, significantly strengthening its cold chain infrastructure and last-mile distribution capabilities for its ice cream brand 'Melt N Mellow'. The company's deep freezer network has expanded significantly during the year, increasing from 3,732 units at the beginning of the year to 15,490 units as of March 31, 2026, reflecting a sharp scale-up in cold chain infrastructure. This milestone marks a critical step in the company's strategy to scale its ice cream business under the Melt 'n Mellow brand and enhance product availability across urban as well as Tier II and Tier III markets. The expanded freezer network is expected to support improved product visibility, consistent quality, and increased retail throughput. The company's distribution footprint already spans 30,000 plus retail touch points, supported by a strong network of distributors across Maharastra, Karnataka, Goa, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The addition of deep freezers further strengthens Melt N Mellow Ice Cream's ability to deliver temperature-sensitive products efficiently across geographies. Importantly, the freezer network expansion is closely aligned with the company's growth outlook.
