AVG Stock Summary · August 2026

Management reported Q1 revenue of INR 132.48 crore and reiterated FY27 revenue guidance of approximately 15–20% growth, signaling steady top‑line momentum tied to disciplined expansion. Executives emphasized margin improvement driven by operational efficiency, higher asset utilization and cost control, with practical levers such as reducing empty runs, tighter freight planning, shorter turnarounds and higher monthly kilometers to better "sweat" the fleet; specialized services and liquid logistics were highlighted as higher‑margin opportunities. A newly formed alternative‑fuel JV and an in‑house real‑time vehicle‑tracking platform were presented as enablers to lower operating costs, improve safety and raise utilization. Management acknowledged a tension between expanding capacity and near‑term profit impact, noting increased depreciation as recent capex comes online and that seasonality and the timing of contract wins and vehicle rollouts will affect contribution pacing. The board approved a dividend, and near term the company plans staged fleet additions with a lease‑first bias and the recent capital raise to support working capital as it pursues the reiterated FY27 growth target.
