APOLLO Stock Summary · May 2026

Strong results and a deliberate strategic shift dominated the call, with consolidated FY26 revenue at INR 904 crore (up 61% YoY) and a consolidated order book of INR 1,432 crore providing near‑term visibility. Management emphasised accelerated financial momentum — a roughly 30% revenue CAGR since FY21, margin expansion and improved returns — alongside a conviction‑led move from tier‑1 supplier to Apollo‑branded platforms under a Vision 2036 roadmap targeting land, air and sea and focused R&D areas such as RF, AI, autonomy and inertial navigation. They highlighted high R&D intensity (about 8% of revenue), recent regulatory and strategic milestones including a DPIIT lifetime license and the IDL Explosives acquisition, growing in‑house testing and greenfield capacity buildup, and initial export traction. Tensions acknowledged included timing uncertainty from supply‑chain and customer approval delays, elevated inventory despite a shorter working‑capital cycle, and an IDL turnaround still in progress. Near term, management expects to sustain high growth supported by an enlarged backlog, anticipates large‑ticket bookings in the current year, and plans staged commissioning to improve conversion and working capital.
