Net Pix Shorts Digital Media Limited informed the BSE SME Platform that its board approved several agenda items, including the regularization of Ritesh Tiwari as Managing Director and Chairman for five years, and the regularization of Alka Tiwari as Whole-Time Director for five years, both subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved a change in designation for Danish Zakaria Aghadi from Managing Director to Executive Director, an increase in the company’s authorized share capital from Rs 33,50,00,000 to Rs 18,00,00,000, and the shifting of the registered office from Maharashtra to Rajasthan.
