A total of 195 shares were unchanged. Derivatives: The NSE's India VIX, a gauge of the market's expectation of volatility over the near term, shed 0.71% to 11.73. The Nifty 28 July 2026 futures were trading at 24,530.20, at a premium of 34.25 points as compared with the spot at 24,495.95 . The Nifty option chain for the 28 July 2026 expiry showed a maximum call OI of 70.6 lakh contracts at the 25,000 strike price. A maximum put OI of 74.4 lakh contracts was seen at the 24,000 strike price. Buzzing Index: The Nifty Private Bank index rose 0.29% to 28,430.60. TARC will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2026.
The company reported cash flow of Rs 223 crore during the quarter. During the quarter, the company launched TARC Tripundra, TARC Kailasa and TARC lshva in New Delhi, taking the total gross development value (GDV) of these projects to around Rs 9,000 crore. On annual basis, the company recorded sales of Rs 1,373 crore in FY26, with the launch of additional developments, the company witnessed strong sales traction and enhanced business momentum.
