Eros International seeks shareholder approval for director remuneration through financial year 2028-29

Eros International Media Limited is seeking shareholder approval at its August 14, 2026, Annual General Meeting for resolutions primarily concerning Non-Executive Director remuneration, valid through the financial year 2028-29. The company reported losses due to reduced turnover and provisions for expected credit losses, and plans to focus on film rights syndication and monetization of its extensive library.
