TIMKEN Stock Summary · May 2026

Solid top-line growth driven by export momentum and new-plant ramp-up was tempered by material input-cost inflation and a sizable ongoing investment program. Standalone Q4 revenue was INR 10,731 million, with exports rising to INR 222 crore (about 21% of quarterly revenues), and management highlighted a 19.3% standalone Q4 PBT margin and strong operating cash flow as evidence of execution. Their tone was pragmatic and strategic: priorities are realizing price pass‑through (about 10% achieved so far, with the balance targeted over the next two quarters though volatility could extend timing), continuing the Bharuch ramp and initiating Jamshedpur rail production by November–December pending approvals, and progressing a ~INR 720 crore capex program while treating roughly half that spend as the operational asset base. They emphasized cost reduction, efficiency, intensified commercial engagement, renewables investments and a preference to retain cash for reinvestment rather than high regular dividends. Near term, management reiterated the price‑realization timeline, expected FY27 capex pacing of roughly 8–10% of revenue, and continued phased revenue contribution from new facilities.
