Sheela Foam surges after Q4 PAT jumps over 7-fold YoY

Consolidated profit after tax stood at Rs 92 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with Rs 13 crore in Q4 FY25 and increased 73.58% from Rs 53 crore in Q3 FY26. Revenue from operations rose 23.53% YoY to Rs 1,050 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 850 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue, however, declined 2.23% sequentially from Rs 1,074 crore in Q3 FY26. Core EBITDA stood at Rs 121 crore in Q4 FY26, up 89.06% from Rs 64 crore in Q4 FY25 and increased 3.42% from Rs 117 crore in Q3 FY26. Core EBITDA margin improved 400 bps YoY to 11.5% from 7.5% in Q4 FY25. On a sequential basis, margin expanded 60 bps from 10.9% in Q3 FY26. Profit before tax stood at Rs 78 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with Rs 2 crore in Q4 FY25 and increased 18.18% from Rs 66 crore in Q3 FY26. Reported EBITDA came in at Rs 117 crore in Q4 FY26, up 88.71% from Rs 62 crore in Q4 FY25 and increased 2.63% from Rs 114 crore in Q3 FY26. On the cost front, operating expenses increased 18.19% YoY to Rs 929 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 786 crore in Q4 FY25. Depreciation expense declined 28.57% to Rs 36 crore from Rs 50 crore, while finance cost fell 40% to Rs 21 crore from Rs 35 crore. For FY26, revenue from operations increased 11.11% YoY to Rs 3,821 crore from Rs 3,439 crore in FY25. Core EBITDA rose 46.29% to Rs 414 crore from Rs 283 crore, while profit after tax increased 78.89% to Rs 161 crore from Rs 90 crore in FY25. Core EBITDA margin expanded 260 bps to 10.8% in FY26 from 8.2% in FY25. The company said mattress volumes grew 13% in Q4 FY26, while the foam segment registered 34% growth. For FY26, mattress volumes rose 12% and foam segment growth stood at 18%. Rahul Gautam, chairman and managing director, said FY26 marked a year of realising the benefits from the Kurlon acquisition and its integration with Sheela Foam. He added that both Sleepwell and Kurlon brands delivered strong growth, helping the company achieve its highest-ever turnover and EBITDA. Core EBITDA grew by 90% to Rs 121 crore from Rs 64 crore, EBITDA margin expanded by 400 bps to 11.5% in Q4 FY26 from 7.5% in Q4 FY25, supported by higher volumes, improved gross margins and operating leverage. On full year basis, the company's consolidated net profit jumped 78.63% to Rs 159.61 crore on 11.1% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 3820.84 crore in FY26 over FY25.
