SHAREINDIA Stock Summary · July 2026
Share India said it delivered its strongest quarterly performance to date even as a volatile regulatory and market backdrop weighed on the industry. Standalone revenue rose 28% year on year to Rs. 349 crore and standalone PAT increased 32% to Rs. 90.85 crore, while consolidated revenue climbed 31% to Rs. 448 crore and consolidated PAT advanced 48% to Rs. 124.41 crore. Management said SEBI measures in derivatives, tighter RBI funding norms, geopolitical uncertainty and global market volatility all disrupted operating conditions, but it still emphasised diversification, lower-cost funding and a broader client-led revenue mix as strategic priorities. It highlighted a new commercial paper programme backed by a Crisil A1+ rating and a progressing NCD programme to improve liquidity and flexibility, alongside branch expansion in tier-3 cities and growth in MTF, wealth and institutional businesses. The newer platforms are beginning to contribute, with PMS reaching Rs. 150 crore of AUM and the institutional business adding clients and merchant banking mandates. Management expects the funding initiatives, branch rollout and new products to support the next phase of growth, while acknowledging that the shift away from a predominantly proprietary model is still underway.
