Revenue from operations rose 4.21% to Rs 433.39 crore in Q4 FY25 as against Rs 415.87 crore in Q4 FY24. Profit before tax (PBT) increased 10.86% YoY to Rs 125.23 crore in Q4 FY25. On full year basis, the company's standalone net profit jumped 30.1% to Rs 381.63 crore on 9.35% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 1,584.94 crore in FY25 over FY24. Manganese Ore production stood at 18.03 lakh tonnes in FY25, registering the growth of 3% YoY. Manganese Ore sales were at 15.87 lakh tonnes in FY25, up 3.3% YoY. Ferro manganese sales hit a record 12,942 MT, recording the growth of 54% YoY. Meanwhile, the company's board recommended final dividend of Rs 1.61 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each for FY25. MOIL is a Schedule 'A' Miniratna Category-I Company. MOIL has fixed/revised prices of different grades of Manganese Ore and other products, effective from 01 March 2025 as under: 1. The prices of all Ferro grades of manganese ore with Manganese content of Mn- 44% and above have been increased by 10% on the prices prevailing since 01 February 2025 w.e.f. midnight of 28 February 2025/01 March 2025 for the month of March, 2025. 2. The prices of all other Ferro grades of manganese ore with Manganese content below Mn-44% have been increased by 6.5% on the prices prevailing since 01 February 2025 w.e.f. midnight of 28 February 2025/01 March 2025 for the month of March, 2025. 3. Revenue from operations grew 19.8% YoY to Rs 366.82 crore in the quarter ended 31 December 2024. Profit before tax for the third quarter of FY25 was Rs 89.05 crore, registering a 16.6% growth compared to Rs 76.35 crore in Q3 FY24. In Q3 FY24, revenue from mining products was Rs 328.71 crore (up 11.8% YoY), while revenue from manufactured products was Rs 43.76 crore (up 158.5% YoY), and revenue from power was Rs 2.30 crore (down 36.6% YoY). On nine-month basis, the company's standalone net profit jumped 31.6% YoY to Rs 265.99 crore on 11.4% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 1,151.55 crore in 9M FY25 over 9M FY24. Meanwhile, the company's board has declared an interim dividend of Rs 4.02 per equity share for the financial year ending on 31 March 2025. The record date for the dividend payment is 15 February 2025, and the payment date for the interim dividend will be 10 March 2025. MOIL is the largest producer and seller of different grades of Manganese Ore by volume in India. The company produces high, medium and low-grade manganese ore. Also, they produce manganese dioxide and chemical-grade manganese ore.
