The amalgamation will involve the issuance of 453 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each of Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Limited for every one equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each of Samoro Telecoms Private Limited. The move is intended to consolidate operations in the telecommunication, defence, aerospace, space, and electronics sectors, creating synergies through pooled manufacturing capabilities, technical expertise, and customer relationships.

For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 976.73% to Rs 17.12 crore, while net profit plunged by 581.95% to Rs 6.41 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 232% to Rs 2.62 crore, and PBT collapsed by 578.36% to Rs 6.41 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 0.65 crore in FY26, as against Rs 11.34 crore in FY25. Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Ltd ticked higher by 3.37% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.05% during the same period.
