i. The Real Estate Sector is one of the largest sectors operating in India and is worth ₹ 120 billion and is expected to reach around 1 Trillion by 2030. ii. The residential sector is the largest segment of the Indian real estate market, accounting for approximately 70% of the total market share. The demand is driven by factors such as population growth, the increasing number of nuclear families, and rising disposable incomes.
