Maruti Suzuki India Limited announced total sales of 241,421 units in July 2026, including domestic sales of 200,123 units, which reached an all-time high, as well as sales to other original equipment manufacturers of 11,242 units and exports of 30,056 units.
Maruti Suzuki India Ltd share price inched up 1.77% to Rs 14188.9 after the company's net profit eased 5.80% to Rs 3446.9 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 0.27% to Rs 51708.2 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Passenger Cars & Utility Vehicles industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 11.15 lakh crore, rallying 18.02%. It has improved by 4.20% over last one week and ticked higher by 5.55% in last one month while the market capitalization of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd has marginally improved by 5.51% and 6.58% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd stood at Rs 4441.2 crore in Q2 FY26, dropping 10.16% year-on-year, and declining 9.70% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2439 crore, falling 10.79% YoY and tumbling by 57.01% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 3.92% to Rs 49936.8 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 32013.2 crore, slightly declining by 8.97% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 2463.8 crore, rising by 9.59% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 11.59% to Rs 1.51 lakh crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 7.50% to Rs 14500.2 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 1478420% to Rs 15134.1 crore, and PBT expanded by 12.60% to Rs 19620.0 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 16136.2 crore in FY26, as against Rs 16801.1 crore in FY25. Maruti Suzuki India Ltd rallied 12.41% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 4.36% during the same period.
Maruti Suzuki India Limited announced a 29.3% increase in total sales volume for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27, with domestic small car sales growing by 34.1%, SUVs by 44.6%, and exports by 28.6%, resulting in a domestic market share of 41.2%. The company reported net sales increased to Rs 499,591 million in Q1 FY 2026-27 from Rs 366,206 million in Q1 FY 2025-26, while net profit stood at Rs 33,521 million, compared to Rs 37,581 million in the prior year, impacted by rising material costs, and the board approved 4 CBG projects with a budget of Rs 5,610 million.

Total domestic sales (including passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles and OEM supplies) increased 23.74% to 1,50,150 units in June 2026, compared with 1,21,339 units in June 2025. Total export sales stood at 42,768 units in June 2026, up 13.02% compared with 37,842 units in June 2025. On the production front, the company's total output jumped 39.58% to 1,78,024 units in June 2026 compared with 1,27,545 units produced in June 2025. Total passenger vehicle production rose 39.43% YoY to 174,839 units, while light commercial vehicle production increased 47.93% YoY to 3,185 units in June 2026 over June 2025. On a standalone basis, net profit declined 6.9% YoY to Rs 3,590.5 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 3,857.3 crore in Q4 FY25. Maruti Suzuki India today launched India's first flex-fuel car. A flex-fuel car gives the flexibility to customers to run on any blend of ethanol and petrol from E20 to E100. Maruti Suzuki is introducing flex-fuel technology in the Wagon R, a favourite brand that has long pioneered alternate fuel vehicles in India, including CNG and LPG. With the launch of India's first flex-fuel car, Maruti Suzuki brings innovation aligned with national energy security and sustainability goals. In addition to a significant reduction in oil imports, flex-fuel vehicles can also help to boost farmer income. Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO, Maruti Suzuki India, said, 'At Maruti Suzuki, we are committed to offer cars with multiple technologies and fuels.
