LANDMARK Stock Summary · June 2026

Management framed the quarter as a record FY26 performance but shifted quickly to a disciplined, consolidation-focused near term; proforma FY26 revenues rose to INR 6,719 crore with record annual EBITDA of INR 283 crore. Leadership emphasized cost control—employee and operating expenses were contained—and prioritised sweating recently built capacity, templatizing new openings and closing unprofitable locations rather than an aggressive rollout, while selectively pursuing high-return projects. They acknowledged tension between strong top-line and limited structural margin expansion: OEM price hikes create a one-time upside on existing inventory but little incremental per‑unit margin, and exceptional write-offs related to outlet moves weighed on results. After‑sales crossed the INR 1,000 crore threshold and was described as resilient due to accident-repair mix even as EV penetration exceeds 21% of volumes, with management expecting only marginal after‑sales impact from EVs. Near term, they signalled a modest FY27 capex plan (~INR 50 crore), expect inventory days to come back toward target levels, and anticipate margins normalising as expanded workshops ramp and BYD supply improves.
