CCL Stock Summary · November 2024

In Q2 FY 2024-25, the company demonstrated robust operational performance, achieving a 21.5% year-over-year increase in turnover and net profit, driven by strong domestic branded sales and effective cost management. While capacity utilization nears 100% for existing facilities, new capacities remain underutilized, presenting future growth opportunities. The strategic focus on high-margin contracts and premium products has improved margins, despite challenges from volatile coffee prices and market dynamics. Management remains optimistic about long-term growth, supported by significant capital investments and a commitment to enhancing brand presence in both domestic and international markets. However, the company must navigate regulatory compliance and sourcing challenges to sustain its momentum.
