Earlier, this was solely focused on qualitative data. But since investing is a pure number game, clarity and access to transparent quantitative data are paramount when making a decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is why we have introduced the \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/ttape.in\/sBdm6efL7vb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Scorecard\u2019<\/a>, which makes the checklist quantitative. More about it here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1-Get-quantitative-insights-on-quick-stock-analysis\"><\/span>1. <strong>Get quantitative insights on quick stock analysis<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Scorecard assigns scores or ranks to important parameters you would look at when evaluating a stock. The scores are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Performance and financial score:<\/strong> First four cards, namely, Performance, Valuation, Growth, and Profitability, summarize the performance and financials of the company with scores on a scale of 0 to 10. Note that this is a Pro-only feature. Subscribe to a suitable <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tickertape.in\/pricing?_branch_match_id=1079999274844024106&amp;utm_source=blog&amp;utm_campaign=scorecard&amp;utm_medium=article&amp;_branch_referrer=H4sIAAAAAAAAA8soKSkottLXLylJLEjVy8zTD7FwdjcorvIxL0sCAB0OH9wcAAAA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tickertape Pro plan<\/a> to access it.<\/li><li><strong>Entry point based on fundamentals and technicals:<\/strong> These cards help evaluate if a stock is worth buying at the current price relative to its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tickertape.in\/blog\/intrinsic-value-of-shares\/\">intrinsic value<\/a> and at the current price (based on technical indicators).<\/li><li><strong>Red flags:<\/strong> These are divided into five separate metrics to give you clarity on what exactly the red flags are.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"326\" height=\"796\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tickertape.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screenshot-2022-12-28-at-1.50.19-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11522\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tickertape.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screenshot-2022-12-28-at-1.50.19-PM.png 326w, https:\/\/www.tickertape.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screenshot-2022-12-28-at-1.50.19-PM-123x300.png 123w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 326px) 100vw, 326px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>These scores give actionable information and allow you to make quicker, data-backed conclusions on whether a stock is good to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tickertape.in\/blog\/why-should-you-prioritise-investing\/\">invest<\/a> in or not. Moreover, these take the stock\u2019s peers into consideration, so you know how a particular stock is faring in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2-Transparent-scoring-system\"><\/span>2. <strong>Transparent scoring system<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Scorecard is very transparent about the data that is used to assign scores. When you expand each of the above Scores, you will find the metrics used in calculating them. For instance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Performance Score is calculated using 1Y return, 5Y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tickertape.in\/blog\/compound-annual-growth-rate\/\">CAGR<\/a>, and 1Y forecast.
